Phase II: Prototype A

February 14, 2016

The NJIT architecture department has an organization called AIAS, which has 3-D printing lab, where they make prints pretty cheap. So after having a basic model made in SolidWork, I had this model printed. Featured below is the first 3-D printed controller. The box was printed to accommodate the circuitry.

The issues I ran into when making this were

1. I had to buy SolidWorks.

2.Dimensions. Totally wrong dimensions, this was way to big and did not attach to the tabla. And the spaces button rack was too small.

3. The file to get a print made, must be an STL file.
